Dreier Statement on U.S.-South Korea FTA

 WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman David Dreier (R-CA), House Rules Committee Ranking Republican, issued the following statement today in support of a trade agreement reached between U.S. and South Korean negotiators: 

"Today's announcement of a trade agreement between the U.S. and South Korea is critical to our economic recovery here at home. This agreement can create desperately needed jobs in the U.S. by prying open one of the world's largest markets to U.S. goods and services. It's my sincere hope that this agreement, along with the Colombia and Panama trade agreements, will be sent to the Congress without delay. The sooner we pass these agreements, the sooner we can start creating jobs."
